All i’ll say in response to this threads initial topic is - never be so gullible with the apparent ‘news’ put out in front of us’ where it’s been drip fed to us. I’ve been gullible at times but not as far as some. Do any of us really know the truth of what is going on?

I love how the western world clearly sees a monster in charge of Russia and the least we do is put sanctions on him. Which does f all. This unilateral you do this, we’ll do this mentality is a load of crap. Not a fan of Trump.. but would any of this happen if he was the President?

I put more trust in Western media than Russia TV - however misguided and inaccurate some might think. It’s called freedom of the press and with journalists active on the ground in Ukraine I am pretty sure most of the reports are pretty authentic. I don’t think you have to actually be in Ukraine to understand the destruction and carnage going on. Let’s face it there are no Ukrainian boots going into Russia. There are no Ukrainian missiles hitting Moscow or St Petersburg. Countries are not forced to join NATO. - they do it out of fear of what’s happening now in Ukraine. Whatever the history - and no doubt there are some villains on the Ukrainian side - there is no excuse for what is going on in attacking Ukraine so brutally and Putin will be forever condemned for the murderous dictator he is. Russia will never rejoin the international community until his odious regime is dead and buried.
