I have never, ever had a flu vaccine and I don't need one in order to continue my work, however, when it came to the Covid I did not have a choice.
The way that I look at it is that I have been dying for almost 76 years and it is an evens bet that you could catch Covid and may die or maybe not or you could have the vaccine and you may die or maybe not. Bottom line is, whatever happens ---deal with it and continue helping others who really need help.
I waken up every morning and I am happy and worry free, the day that I don't waken up ------it's not my problem.
Take care and don't let the buggers grind you down mein freund.
What worries me about your post Supersub6 is a thoroughly decent human being going about his lawful business was coerced and made to have a vaccine which shall we say is questionable in its veracity.

Our neighbours were reluctantly forced to have the vaccine because they had family business to attend to in Germany - no jabs = no flights. They still fume about it.

BT, I know what you are saying and there has certainly been an exercise in control and coercion, however, it was my choice to have the vaccine and I have given my reasons for having it. As far as I am concerned it is now history and I do not worry about it or any effect it may or may not have on me.
As you are aware, I do not waste time or energy worrying about what may or may not happen because it is way outside of my control. Best bit of advice my mother gave me as a young lad trying to make his way in life "Don't worry about things which you can't affect. You will come to realise that there is about 97% of things which happen during your life that you can't influence"
It has always worked for me, however, I realise that I am the lucky one because I can just adopt the 'get on with life' attitude.

You chose not to have the vaccine and that is your prerogative and I have never criticised anyone for making up their own mind ---unlike all the scientists, MPs etc., etc. who have definitely been trying to turn the screw over everyone ---there is much more to come ----just don't worry about it!
