Swings and roundabouts pal. Against Rotherham you got a throw in that wasn't yours.
You got out muscled by a good Blades team and a manager that knows what it takes to get promotion.
Your team is built on loan deals, plenty of good quality players and I'm expecting to see Burnley back in the Premiership come the end of the season although Blades, Norwich and Blackburn etc may have a say in the final outcome.
Just be grateful for what you've got.

Thanks for the compliment matey much appreciated although I think Suella Braverman is more worthy of the award of "W@nker of the week".... or maybe Muric.. Lol.

Glad of your acceptance of our most prestigious weekly award. See you next time at the Turf where we can play proper footy and not get bullied by a team of pub brawlers and taken out of the game by a crap referee egged on by thousands of rabid Yorkies.

For a big lad he's not much use is he?

We have done great up to press and I sincerely hope that we can pick up again after the World Cup, however, I just can't get away from my original gut feeling.
Our game relies on us having more intensity and outrunning the opposition. If we had a weeks rest I think the second half would have been different. We were simply knackered after wednesday nights`s exploits. In the first half we did more than ok but wilted as the game went on.
It is true we are lightweight and if the same happens next Sunday then your gut feeling is probably right Sub.I am more than happy with our season so far.VK is also learning as a manager and I think he will have learned from yesterday.
    UTC!

We need to sort out the goalkeeping department. Perhaps BPF should get a go.

Maybe BT-but he hasn`t shown much more than Muric in the games he has played.I think letting Hennessy go was a big mistake. He seemed very capable. The only thing Muric has going for him is his playing out from the back technique which is why VK brought him in.It will be interesting to see what happens in the January window.

I'm in accord with Supersub6 on this one CiB, first thing a goalie needs to do is stop the ball from entering the net. He's not very good with dealing with crosses either and I don't know what his English is like, but he does not seem to be able to communicate with his centre-backs.

CiB ---I am more than pleased with the way the team has done up to now, however, the big worry now is that we come unstuck next Sunday and, knowing just how fickle many Clarets fans are, this will be a disaster instead of just another football match.
Winning the local derby is not the 'big deal' that many fans make it out to be, it is just a game in a long season.
