I get what you are saying and from other posters it could have definitely been taken as tongue in cheek but unfortunately you have made a rod for your own back in the way you have responded to ELK and others in the past.

Sorry Grist I was thinking of the shot from the angle just after half time when their player blasted the ball over. You are talking about the mcburnie one when he ran across goal and yes either side of goalie and it goes in, but he had to snatch at it so couldn't really pick his spot. UTM

Mcburnie can see why he's lost his scoring boots! that chance I wouldn't say it was easy but a tame attempt he made at it. Egan & Sharpe 2nd half had their best chances. We must have defended well all night they never made a clear cut chance meaning one they couldn't miss.

That soft shot from McBurnie was due to him injuring his ankle just a matter of seconds before,
that's why he had no power behind it.
McBurnie had started scoring goals again, after a slow start to the season.
It was said McBurnie left Bramall Lane on crutches.

The chance I was meaning is 1-15 in on this video

Blasted it instead of placing it with nobody within 5 yards of him

It was the Egan chance I thought was their best chance gru, but you are right about how well we defended. UTM

He's booked in for a hernia operation monday next, when the world cup is starting.
