It's one thing having them when you are younger and the flesh is firmer and they retain their colour but wonder how many will feel they still look good on them when they are 80?

Maybe I'm old fashioned but think the fad of having large tattoos on the legs for women is an especially unattractive thing. Most will claim its a way of expressing their individuality but feels more like just following the crowd to me. Still, it's their bodies at the end of the day so it's up to them but just think some may later come to regret it.
