I can appreciate there may well be a difference, our footballers must be getting on their knees for something after all, but I'm buggered if I can find out what it is. Mr Morgan complains of a lack of support for ethnic minority managers, with the clear implication that a white manager would have received some form of support that he did not. It's all a bit vague and wishy-washy, it makes a good headline, but what exactly is he talking about ?

VK did actually say st the QPR presser last week, when they were talking about the World Cup that he was African, probably bearing in mind the fate of Lady Hussey, no one enquired as to whereabouts in Africa he came from.

When I get home mon ami I'll dig out the title of the book but for a social experiment a US white woman undertook some sort of therapy to darken her skin temporarily. The results were really quite startling in a very negative way.

I wish we call all see out of one colour of a lens, but unfortunately we can't. I often wonder if a person who is not white blames their lack of "whiteness" for not being all they can be.

This one shouldn't be too difficult mon ami, I don't know the answer, and so far it seems neither does anyone else.

What sort of support would a white manager get that Mr Morgan didn't ? It was in a Guardian headline that he hadn't received this support so it can't be too obscure. Or are we straying into Goebbels territory here, if you repeat a lie often enough, people will come to believe it's the truth ?

As usual mon ami there are many components to this issue. The "Morgan Legacy" (or not), blackness, nepotism, prejudice (and that can be a two way mirror), "race", familiarity etc., etc.

Anyway, I'm glad the lad is now seemingly settled at Burnley FC, where the lasses play great footy and the first team is an eclectic mix of cultures, colours and creeds.

As usual mon ami there are many components to this issue. The "Morgan Legacy" (or not), blackness, nepotism, prejudice (and that can be a two way mirror), "race", familiarity etc., etc.

Not quite sure what the issue is here mon ami, an unspecified 'lack of support' and a manager who was at Leicester for 7 years, that's a long time in football, far more than most white managers get. If dark, nefarious forces conspired against him, they took their time over it.

As always with these sort of vague hints of racism, it's always smoke and mirrors and not much substance. A bit like Marlene from Kilburn, assuming an African name, dressing like an African and then claiming racial abuse because some old biddy assumed she actually was from Africa. Or VC claiming Meghan was racially abused by the British media 'from day one', but unable to supply any examples when asked, probably something he read in the Grauniad and assumed it was true. It all follows the same pattern, hints of racism, no evidence.

But as Goebbels realised, repeat it often enough...............
