Is this what’s called in modern parlance a “low block”?

Recipe for a heart attack if you ask me.

Loads of things wrong about Glass's time but at least he had a go against the ugly sisters.

The only positive I can see about todays tactics is at least we aren't pointlessly passing it along the back endlessly wasting time like all modern day fitba until eventually a defender hoofs it out of play. Pysh first half, hopefully we are lulling them into a false sense of security and will get right into them 2nd half....

Celtic are virtually camped in our quarter. We can't pass it around there - even if we had the ball.

    We are woeful.

That really was quite dreadful. It was close to a draw some might argue but it was also close to a 0-5 drubbing. The players were clearly told to sit back behind the ball with the two strikers up front doing absolutely nothing when Celtic had the ball. If this was a counter-attacking set up I missed the counter-attacks. Only when Johnny Hayes came on did we offer anything at all going forward and by then it was simply too late. Miovski hardly touched the ball but him and Duk had no support. A happy medium must be found against Rangers.

Looking as a totally neutral and dispassionate fitba fan I would tend to agree with this statement. He seems determined to give the Tims everything and Aberdeen nothing. A bit worrying tactics by Goodwin
