Have to agree as well, it should be a stipulation in the contract that for the duration of the contract the player/manager/coach etc cannot attend games to "support" a direct competitor.

Footballers, at our level and above anyway, have a very well paid job and they should respect the very essence of competitive sport and tribalism. Whether they give their all on the field for us, if we then see them celebrating another team, especially in the stands, in any way shape or form then it paints a very ugly picture.

Would Sevco like it if one of their players showed up at Celtic Park to support them? Would Man Utd supporters be forgiving if one of their players attended Anfield to cheer on Liverpool? The list goes on and on with rivalries and it should never be tolerated.

Many supporters have had to miss out on cup finals or massively important games because of work/family/other so footballers should suck it up and accept they'll be missing out too. Being a footballer is a very short career so it's not like they'll never have an opportunity to go and watch their beloved once their playing time is up.
