well we can safely say that Cameron as LWB hasnt worked

His position wasn't the reason he gave away the penalty, but I agree we shouldn't be taking Cameron out of the back three. Assuming Chicksen isn't fit enough to play two games in succession at present, then it begs the question whether Joel Taylor - his natural cover - should have been allowed out on loan.

Both ourselves and Oldham have had clear cut chances to score in the past five minutes.

That's twice now we've put a ball across the face of goal and nobody has got on the end of it.

Oldham could well end up mid-table at the end of the season and this result won't look so bad. Won't be of any consolation if we miss out by a point or two though.

Well, that’s the advantage over Wrexham gone. I fully expect them to take control over the next half of the season… Notts need to maintain that second spot and playoff advantage.

If they can stop making stupid mistakes and keep Cheaterfurlough at distance, it should (on paper) be comfortable.

We won that twice and could have lost it in the end. We'll have to take the point, but more important is that we take lesson. Oldham got something because of our mistakes, not their good play.
