Straight swap Ogbene for Whittaker, cash either way - I can but dream - not going to happen methinks.

Reports Whittaker is spitting feathers after being recalled from his Plymouth Argyle loan.

Especially if true that Derby County came in for Warne earlier, but at a time when Derby
County were going through their money problems, so Warne held back.

To be fair Warne fetched some good players in, during his time with the millers.
Thought it was "the Committee" what made the final decision?...............but they have signed some sh!ite between them in fairness......

Nobody asked him to become chairman!

His choice alone so he’s the man in charge pal and solely responsible for taking us forward or, at least keeping us sustainable in the championship. It’s common knowledge he won’t let outside investment onboard so how exactly does he think he’ll get to the promised land he keeps telling us about?

Your first comment isn't true - He often talks about being approached and having to be convinced to take over as it wasn't his skill set.

Did you read my post about the outside investment that was offered (Post 28)- It was the right thing to dismiss it.

I honestly believe he believes it himself and the players that are in our budget are choosing other clubs for that bit more money, better infrastructure and sometimes in lower leagues.

If you listened to that pod cast (moment of truth) then you’ll remember TS telling us about him being approached

RMBC literally begged him more than once to get involved and they were influential in finding land for NYS.
He's open for outside invest. He wouldn't accept losing 51% why would he.
It's got to be the right investor and the right terms and conditions.
More to it than letting someone chuck some cash in.
No secret he would have preferred S6.
He's a businessman and wants a return even if it means selling up at the right price. Who knows he may be over valuing what he owns.

We will always have problems with investors simply because we don't own the ground and the total value of the club is not that high.
Of someone wanted to invest say 10 million. What are they getting a slice off and how much would TS give them % wise

"TS does like the red wine and it’s well known he would give Warne a *******ing when he’d been on the ale.
He’s left NYS many a time escorted down the stairs having had a few too many.
When Taylor had a call from TS after a defeat, Taylor has stood up to him and said you don’t talk to me like that……Ron Hull has got a bit of cash, or the guy that’s owns AESEAL has got plenty, sure they could sort it between them."
    Yes. Not entirely untrue.

Why is TS responsible for keeping us sustainable in the championship? Why not league 1? or even just keeping us sustainable? UTM
