Up close and personal it was a little strange as the opportunity to attack them down the line presented itself plenty of times in the first half. As many have commented this season this is common.

However the tactic employed of using Brindley and Ruben to play little triangles or short balls round the corner was working so well he didn't need to tbh. He did notably run at them into the area backing the defender up which was great to see.

He caused the problems that resulted in the 1st , scored the wonderful 3rd and deservedly won MOTM.

Plus they were doubling up on that side when he received the ball which may or may not have come through on the stream
