    No disgrace going out to other NL team on penalties. Let's be honest, with the league being the overwhelming priority this season, the FA Trophy is nothing more than a glorified reserves competition for us. It's probably to our overall advantage to be out, especially with Wrexham and Chesterfield already out.

    Might have been nice to go through with the Eastleigh home game on the 11th Feb postponed regardless, but even then we are playing Barnet the Tuesday immediately after. We now have certainty that we won't directly postpone any league games due to FA Trophy progress.

    At worst we'll have a couple more weekends off if NL teams remain in it that we are due to play in the league on FA Trophy weekends. With our small squad, that's a far better outcome than fixture congestion.
