I don't believe a person can change their sèx no matter how much they would like to.

I do believe that making this fantasy into law is a dangerous thing, not because of women's changing rooms but because it's easily used as an example of the madness of the liberal ( for want of a better word) attracting more and more people towards ultra right wing politics.

It's a university, hotbeds of revolt by students. If there are words banned at them, that is down to the students pushing it.

Like I said in an earlier post and DondyDan put it much more eloquently, these things are being pushed by our youth and we just have to realize the world has changed and most of us don't change with it.

You're entitled to your opinions DD, but always remember if you are siding with Tories and quoting the Daily Mail, you will always come out on the wrong side of any argument as their agenda will be much different to yours.

Its the total one-sidedness of this victimisation that really gets me. These and its a very small minority of Trans militants/zealots can use any sort of language to abuse those they disagree with. Take the likes of Joanna Cherry she has been called all sorts of horrendous things. Death threats threats of rape all sorts of vile abuse.. And this is done with total impunity , This group of zealots are the very same one's who have got themselves into a positions of power and authority within the SNP. Entryism they call it and its been going on for years within the SNP branches and now they have total control of the NEC all with Sturgeon's blessing and protection. They can say do anything they like to thier perceived opponents yet if a Uni lecturer ,teacher any public service employee steps out of line they can ultimately be jailed ! Its fecking crazy !!

My view its not just wrong its outrageous. I'll be honest here I did not want this bill to pass in its current form but not in this way. Trans rights most defo needed brought up to date and in principle I agree with the bill but not with these extremely dangerous flaws left in it. But the fact is it has democratically been passed should be the end of it. Of course Sturgeon has played a part in this intervention by her bloody minded refusal to listen to Women's real concerns. ( I now firmly believe if we are ever to win Independence she has to go) but that's another discussion. Austerity Brexit you name it we the Scottish nation don't matter to WM except to steal our resources to keep themselves afloat. By the day more and more people living in Scotland are realising this even my Cousin who's the staunchest of staunch Labour man is now coming to see this.
