For it to be 11am the day after what could be regarded as the worst result in our history and still no news of Goodwins sacking is shocking. Cormack has to eat a massive slice of humble pie and put his hands up and admit he has made a right royal arse of his two managerial appointments.

I don't mind Cormack, especially compared to that c*nt Milne, he has a plan and backed the manager with funds which is all we can hope for. What I do have an issue with is his inability to even contemplate that his appointments are honking before it's too late.

After the Ross County game Goodwin should've been fired, I stated as much at the time. This gave any new manager coming in a couple of weeks at the very least to assess the squad and make the necessary signings to get through to the end of the season.

Now we sit out of both cups and sliding down the league with a manager who has shown zero ability to get anything out of a decent looking squad and the window shutting in a week.

I'd bin him today, get Robson in charge until the end of the season and do some actual due diligence on potential new manager and have it sorted well before the window opens in the summer so they come in and are up to speed from day one.
