Getting rid of Goodwin is a must but people are kidding themselves on if they think that will fix the problem.

The club is rotten to the core, has been for 30 years. I thought it was bad under Stewart Milne but Cormacks actually worse.

Stewart Milne done a lot of horrendous things in his time as chairman but it looks like the worst thing he ever done was let Cormack take over.

Cormack needs to stop treating the club like it’s his toy, he doesn’t have a clue about how to run a football club. After he bins Goodwin he needs to put Gunn back to his old job of booking the hotel for the players and bring in an actual director of football to run the club.

For it to be 11am the day after what could be regarded as the worst result in our history and still no news of Goodwins sacking is shocking. Cormack has to eat a massive slice of humble pie and put his hands up and admit he has made a right royal arse of his two managerial appointments.

I don't mind Cormack, especially compared to that c*nt Milne, he has a plan and backed the manager with funds which is all we can hope for. What I do have an issue with is his inability to even contemplate that his appointments are honking before it's too late.

After the Ross County game Goodwin should've been fired, I stated as much at the time. This gave any new manager coming in a couple of weeks at the very least to assess the squad and make the necessary signings to get through to the end of the season.

Now we sit out of both cups and sliding down the league with a manager who has shown zero ability to get anything out of a decent looking squad and the window shutting in a week.

I'd bin him today, get Robson in charge until the end of the season and do some actual due diligence on potential new manager and have it sorted well before the window opens in the summer so they come in and are up to speed from day one.

All this sack Goodwin tho fully justified is academic. HE should have walked the minute the full time whistle went last night. Anyone with an iota of decency, Honesty, and self awareness would have held his hands up and said OK that's it, But not this charlatan . Last night was the worst result in the history of Aberdeen FC and he thinks he's still entitled to be the manager. Forgetting the football side of things hard as it is. His arrogance and total lack of self-refection show's us the Man he is.

Twice in 2 days I’ve agreed with you. It’s entirely to do with his arrogance. I’ve mentioned it a few times but Lee Sharpe is only there to put the cones out. Goodwin does all the training, video analysis etc himself. Hearts, Huns, Jute pricks will have a team of staff doing that but Goodwin does the lot. That’s piss poor management

    He`s out of his depth.

So far , that he still thinks it`s fixeable. It`s not.

HIS Boss should have pointed this out to him. But he seems out of his depth also ?

Sometimes you prevaricate for too long. ( is that an oxymoron ?!! )

No matter how chaotic it leaves the Club, he should have been sacked last night. For everybody`s sake .

And today , after having done that. Cormack should just go out and hire Lennon for the rest of the season. He can bring in a few Cypriot defenders with him.

It`s battoen down the hatches time, and get ready to play some dire defensive football , to not lose another game. The Forwards are already working on scraps and clearances , so no change there?!!

Sadly not and by what I've just read then it won't be happening today if at all.

What justification Cormack has to keep him on I do not know, Glass was binned with an almost identical overall record (2 more wins for Goodwin over 42 games) but Goodwin had the luxury of playing in league cup qualifiers whereas Glass had European qualifiers. Glass's team never lost by more than 2 goals and Goodwin has lost by 3, 4 and even 5 goals. Glass made an arse of it against Raith by keeping players for our European game and we got beat, Goodwin just delivered us our worst result ever.

Deal with the problem which is getting rid of Goodwin, I'm sure there will be a revival of sorts with the team if that were to happen.

Ever since Cormack took over as chairman in 2019 we have been atrocious. 3 managers in the space of 2 years is nothing short of an embarrassment.Just goes to show how clueless he is at running a football club and needs to take a back seat.

If he doesn’t get the right people in to run the club and keeps using it as his toy he will end up getting us relegated.

Glass got pumped 3-0 by Dundee United in the Scottish Cup and 4-0 by the Huns a few games later.

Let’s not try to rewrite history,Glass was just as bad as Goodwin is.Both terrible appointments by Cormack.
