He's an employee of the club with no emotional attachment to the club or the city.
Despite us all wanting him gone, I can understand why he wants a pay off. Not exactly going to walk into a job like ours anytime soon, if ever again.
Our chairman and directors should have been aware this was coming for a while now and should have had a severance package in place.
