Currently it's no transfer/loan/agent's fees till summer 2024, £8M spend although I'm not sure if that includes ancillary wages, maintenance, utilities etc. My guess is it doesn't. £12K a week wages cap. There is a slight possibility some of it might get relaxed a little come the summer but I doubt it will happen.
