OK get you, I'm assuming you are referring to the word "alleged" let me change that to convicted. You know we are not really that far apart. I agree with you the GRA was badly needing updated and the Tran's community do need protection in law. But my post highlights the worry and fear I have. That being a MAN can exploit this loophole and put himself in a position to abuse Women. A simple amendment would have closed this loophole but bizarrely it was voted down. The only people this would hurt was those devious 5ex predators who'd seek to take advantage of it. Like this fella ...

I'm not sure the point you are making about this particular story. Are you saying he changed ***ual identity after being charged purely to be sent to a womans prison in the hope of an easier time picking off victims?
