I honestly feel we will tear them apart. I've just checked back through the games so far this season to see if we had managed to restrict an opponent to zero goal attempts, which we haven't but we have managed to restrict the opposition to just 3 shots or under in 6 games.
Both games against Oldham saw them register just 3 shots in each game, yet they still managed to score 3 goals across the two games!
Yeovil managed 2 shots off target in that frustrating 0-0 draw at ML. Notts had a ridiculous 36 attempts on goal that day.
Torquay had 3 shots off target in the 4-0 win against them at ML.
Maidstone managed 1 shot on goal in the 3-0 win at ML.
York had 1 shot on goal, which they scored from in the 3-1 win at their place.
I'll be amazed if Halifax get much sight of goal and expect Notts to absolutely pepper their goal. Hopefully we see more of a Torquay and Maidstone and less of a Yeovil outcome.
Also, a 3 goal margin will put us top again on goals scored.
Also expect over 7,000 in attendance. Halifax will bring a few hundred, should be the thick end of 7,000 'home' supporters considering the postponements and it's finally pay day for many.
So, Notts 3 It's a people thing 0
