Ah yes as per usual no response, no debate no discussion as usual you ignore the fact that you were at best making sweeping generalisations, but as rA says its what you do, repeatedly!

So, especially in your honour, Sith

    Rat-a-tat-tat

As for Senor Stewart, he should stick to Scotch politics! Is there even a process for a government to step down - I suppose they could call a motion of no confidence in themselves, but given their managerial skillset they'd probably lose that too.

Not sure how old you are Sith, but it feels like the lead up to 1997 all over again. I said that over a year ago and that was before The Conservatives really got stuck into themselves

There's no point arguing with someone who rants on like you do, always ready to embellish your responses with the joint nuclear options of accusations of xenophobia, racism, bigotry etc and comparisons to Naziism. Its a common tactic elsewhere on social media, used almost but not totally exclusively by rampant lefties who even drown out left leaning folk who want a discussion and it just serves to entrench positions and make the commentor (in this case you) look a bit daft. I think you're just bitter about wasting money on all those placards back in the day

Quite simply, I'd have to register as a self employed DJ, Set up a separate business bank account, register for VAT and post accounts every quarter, take out insurance policies or the bank won't let me open the account and jump through countless other hoops in order to benefit. Over the course of a year, the 400 or so I'd make would take me God knows how many hours and work out at not a lot per hour spent on the administration. Plus registering as a business would see me paying VAT on records sold. Just not worth the hassle.

    Sorry Sith but that's contradictory

It really does doesn’t it? And that saw the Tories in the wilderness for the next 13 years and even then it, ironically, took the Banking Crisis to really knock Labour off course.

Two differences for me. 1. The PM at the time (John Major) was an essentially decent man and I struggle to see anyone with any decency in the upper echelons of the current Conservative Party.
    2. The spectre of Farage didn’t exist and who knows what he and his financial backers/manipulators will come up with by the next election? Given the reality of Brexit he should be entirely discredited by now but, as has often been implied, our electorate has a somewhat limited capacity and many amongst them may still be reluctant to accept their mistake.

Seems more like 1979 ahead to me (as well as being an anagram). Then I ****ed off overseas for 5 years to avoid the worst of it. Sadly dont have that option now. On the other hand, in 1997 we lost Diana and Hong Kong and got Bliar. Pretty bad year all round, although Im not a Dianaphile

What...you reckon we’re on the verge of another 18 years of Tory misrule?
