Just to clarify George attended the DSA meeting, not the the meeting with club & SLO. Just realised after re-reading that’s what Islay was probably referring too

    Exactly.
It is very disappointing that a representative from Dee4life was not invited to attend the meeting with the club, SLO and a representative from the DSA.
However this is par for the course.
At a meeting with the Dee4life board of directors in the Dens Park boardroom on Saturday 4th January 2020 John Nelms stated that Dee4life would in future be invited to attend meetings attended by the Club, Dee Promotions, Community Trust and DSA.
It never happened as it was reported in the minutes of the Dee4life board of directors meeting held on 4th February 2020 that a meeting had been held on 27th January 2020 attended by the Club, Dee Promotions, Community Trust and DSA.
Dee4life were not invited to attend this meeting despite what John Nelms had stated less than four weeks before.

    .
The DSA can surely meet with Nelms without Dee4Life. I'm sure the SLO was there as a DSA committee member as was already in the building for the weekly ops meeting - as discussed at the recent DSA meeting which Dee4Life were invited to and were present.
Has the SLO ever been invited to a Dee4Life Board meeting Islay?

The question which should be asked is why were Dee4life not invited to attend the recent meeting which the Chairman of the DSA and the SLO were invited to attend with John Nelms.
As far as I am aware the SLO used to meet with Jim Thomson prior to every home game. I assume that the SLO will now meet with Greg Fenton who is the General Manager and/or Jim Thomson who is the match day commander before every home game at Dens Park.

Did I read on one of the threads that a member of the Dee4life board was at the last meeting?

If you read the start of Scottg’s topic you will read that the Chairman of the DSA and the SLO attended the last meeting with John Nelms where one of the questions was. Why is there no PATG.
That was an easy question for Nelms to answer whereas in my opinion it should have been why is there PATG for Away supporters attending home games at Dens Park but not for Dundee supporters.
I suspect that question would be ‘off limits’ to be asked to John Nelms.

The SLO attends ever pre-ops meeting. It's part of his role.
Two members of the DSA committee met with John Nelms - why did Dee4Life need to be invited? They don't invite the DSA when they meet with people from the club. It was a DSA meeting with the managing-director of the club. It was stated at the recent DSA member clubs meeting that the SLO, who is a DSA committee member went to the meeting as he was in the building anyway for the pre ops meeting.
Has the SLO ever been invited t a Dee4Life Board meeting? Not that I'm aware
