So is a player no longer allowed to play the ball in case there's someone behind it? Do they have to pull out of tackles instead? I see absolutely nothing wrong with Edwards clearing the ball, which he did. He didn't go in high, he went in side footed which to me says all he was doing was hoofing the ball upfield. It's an absolute nonsense to suggest that's deserving of a red card in my opinion. Modern football is *******s in that case, wish I had a ****ing tardis handy!
