    Great idea! Then set that as a bench mark to others and roll it out stating it doesn’t matter what league you’re in. Imagine the likes of Birmingham, Reading and Wigan all paying us something for their over spending?

    It’s time they capped transfer then the greedy agents get feck all.then we would see how great some of these so called managers would be.Too many brown envelopes in football.In the last two transfer windows Chelsea have spent over 500million

    Copy American Football and have drafts, make it more of a level playing field.

    You need somewhere to draft from, primarily the college system. England/football doesn't have that setup as the clubs grab some kids from 6 years old.

    You'd have to change the system, and all over Europe too otherwise English football would fall behind.
