The most disturbing thing about this for me too is - why would ( even if there was a licence ) is an individual allowed to be on school grounds with a gun? Absolute madness!!!!

I am sure parents would not be happy if they knew someone living in the school grounds had a gun!!!! Shocking!!!

A very good point AL but I believe the school also has a shooting range FFS.

My boarding school had a CCF, there were plenty of guns in the armoury, .303 and .22 rifles, sten guns and Bren guns! Ammunition to go with them, too. All kept securely locked away when not in use but……

Shooting ranges breed violence! How shooting ranges can be allowed at schools is a complete joke - why would you put this facility in the minds of little kids!

Further to Mick's comments and experiences, my own son became involved in a narcissistic relationship that has been very damaging for his relationship with his own family. He has since split from her and our relationship is slowly repairing but he is now fighting to see his two year old son who we have yet never seen ourselves. It's pretty heart-breaking at times. Such narcissistic behaviour can be found in both ***es though. I once represented a lovely Chinese lady in a union case and her husband was a right pain, doing more harm than good. As time went on, I began to realise how truly awful he really was. In the end she took the courage to leave him and fled to family elsewhere and the company did their bit by arranging a transfer. A truly nasty and seriously deluded man.

Don't know how much of these experiences is relevant to the Epsom case but-questions around the gun aside-for the husband to take the life of his wife along with that of his own innocent child is unfathomable.
