Asking for an opinion, that’s dangerous

    Won’t be Andrés Segovia

Every time a snidey pseudo intellectual dig. Who's your favourite?

Anyway Dave 'Clem' Clempson. Listen to his guitar solo at the end of Lost Angeles, by Colloseum, live album. Awesome. Anything that involved Steve Marriott. Listen to his guitar work in packet of three on YouTube.

More recently I love Andy Summers understated work on his Telecaster.

    And, currently, Bonamassa.

    You, oh tedious one?

I could have named hundreds more, I'm a guitarist, not a bean counter like yourself

Very much so. Marriott was a genius. Although he was on the slide when I saw him at The Florence in the early 90's.

Geetarman has more than two, but you’re probably like him

My dad was a very good jazz pianist, an we had an upright piano when I was a kid. Sort of taught myself to play. Then along came The Stones, Beatles and Kinks. So taught myself to play guitar, because it was louder than a piano.
