I was actually speaking to someone last week about her and said I wouldn't be surprised if she quit. Can only be so much shyte a person can take. Didn't expect it to be so quick though.

As for folk claiming it is the end of our quest for independence, like I keep saying, us coffin dodgers have got nothing to do with getting it, our youth triumph where we failed, as they haven't sooked on the stroop of the mainstream media.

Largely due to the 50% who want independence mostly all voting for the SNP as the only pathway to independence whereas the 50% that don't want independence split their votes across three parties.

Basically what you describe is politics' the wurld owe'r Manifestos are nae worth the paper they are written on theses days. I think you’re right. I think the party expanded too quickly, with not enough talent to plug the gaps. I think that’s why the FM stayed on for as long as she did*, as she knows it’s pretty much all shyte beneath her. The infrastructure projects you refer to may have had a better chance if we could just print the money off, like they do for HS2/Crossrail. Unfortunately, half the population think we’re not grown up enough for things like that. Better to let the Eton old boys & Wykehamists decide these things for us.
