Our legal system is a farce!! 😤😤

Many of you will recall me mentioning the issues we’ve been having as a family with the rogue tenants in my father in laws house.

Tenants legally requested to end their tenancy in December 2021 and given the statutory two months to depart in early Feb 2022.

Immediately notice was served they stopped paying their rent in December 2021.......they are now £14,000 in arrears.

A legal case was started to get them evicted and up to this point it has cost the family £23k in solicitors and court costs on top of the £14k of lost rent.

The court case was due to be heard in July 2022 but on the day of the hearing the tenant claimed she had Covid ( blatant lie ) and the case was adjourned........for FOUR f u c k I n g months.

In late November 2023 the case was heard and a Mandatory Possession Order was granted by the judge in which they were told to depart by December 23rd 2022.

They ignored this and stayed put.

The solicitors then had to go back to court in early January to get baylifs instructed, this then took nearly 6 weeks with an eviction date of yesterday, 16th of February.

The day before the eviction this scum, b I t c h tenant rang the court and applied for an injunction an hour before the court closed, this meant a hearing had to take place yesterday morning an hour before eviction was due.

Her application was thrown out and in effect we’d “won” or so it seemed.

We all arrived at the house along with the baylifs and awaited them regaining the property for us.

At this point they heard the tenant’s terrier barking in the house and the baylifs refused to enter saying that they can evict people but not dogs unless a specialist dog handler is present!! 😤😤😤😤😤

So now, all because of a f u c k I n g terrier dog and health and safety b o l l o x this all has to go back to court to have a new warrant issued which could take 6 weeks and is then open to this tenant appealing yet again.

I’m beyond angry, our law doesn’t protect the innocent from the scum.......I’m a hairs breadth away from going around to the house with a baseball bat and smashing the windows of the house and smashing their cars up.

My missus is terrified that by doing this I’ll end up giving this scum more rights and powers but what on earth do you do in these circumstances?

This fat dole scrounging scum are sat their laughing at us for another few weeks.

I’m at my wits end, I really feel I’m on the edge here, anything could happen.

Personally Mick - I would go around in the night and put the windows through and their car. Message me if you need any help!

Mick, you can’t do anything yourself, just follow the path of the law, however bad it may be, in parallel I would be having a chat with some people who would for a few quid get them out.. hypothetically of course, I’m sure you must know someone?

Happy to help on the night of the 7th March and give the car a Glasgow kiss. You can’t be around though Mick so nothing leads back to you. Serious!

After posting on A PUBLIC FORUM such as this, I hope nothing happens to the house now.
    Not surprised by this Mick.
The law in its current state is not fit for purpose for those who actually follow it.
Go for a long walk for now and listen to your good lady. She makes sense...

Instead of posting this problem and telling everyone what you want to do on a social media platform, maybe do it without attracting worldwide attention?

Instead of making a comment aimed at me that makes me feel even more p I s s weak and neutered by the predicament maybe you and others could comment on the actual situation we as a family face?

How would you feel if you were £35k down in such circumstances and then the end solution is foiled due to a small terrier dog in situ.

    It’d be hilarious if it wasn’t so f u c k I n g horrible and serious.
