"Notts County have seen an attempt to sign Southend United winger Jack Bridge rebuffed — despite the Es5ex club being gripped by a growing financial crisis.

League leaders Notts have pushed hard to land Bridge as they look to bolster their push for a return to the Football League.

They have made several bids for the 27-year-old and their most recent offer was a significant five-figure sum."

Apart from McShane, maybe the best individual performance against us this season was Bridge's in that 2-2 draw.

It'd be harsh on Chicksen though, and unnecessary based on Chicks' amazing contribution.
Maybe it's the fear of facing him in a play-off semi or final where he'd certainly give our right-side defence the runaround.

Was McShane the stocky lad up front for them? Cos I'd take him as well
