Would like to see much better reporting of the figures. Simple budget deficits need to be explained. For example I think the total spend in Dundee City is £350m. The budget hole is I think £18m which is just about 5%. If current plans were based on inflation about 2% then the current inflation rate of roughly 10% is bound to be causing problems. I don't understand why local ounces leadership ignores their electorate and fails to communicate effectively with their voters. Bit like DFC?
The only time that the local authority councillors try to communicate with their electorate is when the local authority elections are coming up.
This is similar to DFC where John Nelms only communicates with the supporters when it is time for the season tickets to be renewed.
