    Chicksen's certainly been scoring some poacher's goals of late, popping up in places you wouldn't expect to see a left-back or left wing-back.

    Watch Macauley's second goal from last night sending us 3-0 up. When Southend play a loose pass and the ball turns over, Chicksen sprints from the left-back position just outside his own penalty area all the way to the centre of the Southend box, so if Macauley's shot had been parried or come back off the post rather than going in, Chicks was in position A1 to get the rebound. You don't normally see a defender make a run like that. He actually went slightly offside, but it was irrelevant because Langstaff's shot went in anyway.

    It must be Austin. Two sudden goals like that from a midfield player certainly makes him an emerging secret weapon.
