I used to sit on row P in the away side of the West stand. We were at the side of the Press. The away Press continued to put bags, coffee and bottles on the steps. We told them many time to move them, which they did. The steward was stood about 5 steps above and did ferk all. You would have thought the club would remind them when picking their pass up. It was a long hard way down from up there with no handrails to use.
