    I see that common sense prevails and that Puffin have reconsidered following the public debate over this and will now publish Dahl's books in their original form. Is the push back against more extreme Wokeism at long last waking up? Can only hope so.

    There are certainly books and authors whose attitudes are seen -quite rightly-as offensive today but they are often only reflecting their times. You don't deal with this with censorship or pretending it never happened. You deal with it by discussion. Something a lot of wokies don't seem capable of, probably because they don't like anyone challenging their viewpoint
