I'd ideally wake up tomorrow to see Asghar gone, (Sir) Craig in his place and Martindale in place as manager.

My bedsheets would be more messy than Spuds if that actually happened

Just shows a few results don’t mean someone is a great manager

I’ve nothing against Mulgrew except that I don’t think he’s been good motivator on the field and not seen anything to say he should be a manager

I’m happy for Mulgrew to be a coach and new head coach to decide if he wants him

My wish is that we acted quickly to get in the best candidate

We only have a few winnable home games left - and Aberdeen is one of them
I've nothing against Mulgrew either, other than the fact I think he's past it on the park. If he wants to continue to learn his trade as an assistant coach, then like you, I have no issue with that.

Absolutely, but someone has to take training tomorrow and the next day. Ideally a new man is in place by the middle of the week. Imo there is only one person who'd take it that quickly.

Only Alex Smith, Ian McCall, Craig Levein, Peter Houston, Jackie Mac have been manager for more than 2 calendar years since McLean left in 1993

wow, that's part shocker, part modern football I suppose. We've had a few recently who have choose to leave us after successful seasons - Neilson, Melon, Courts, that's prob another story.

If I was appointed manager the first thing I would do is take Ryan Edwards out for a long one to one to try and find out exactly what has changed him from a lion into a lamb and see what we can do to get him reset.

After watching him amble back at the 3rd goal not giving 2 fcuks then ducking out of the cross I would take him out the team and put the young laddie from Huddersfield back in. Still fcukin raging 🤬🤬😠😠

His dip in form seemed to coincide with being made captain.

Correct, could be wrong here but I sense there's also more to it.

So in a situation that is crying out for experience, street wise know how, strength, leadership and motivation as the key attributes who do you think we will get?

The answer is likely no one with the above qualities because of the required subservient relationship with Asghar.

My money is on Mulgrew on temporary basis, or Tam Courts on a 2 year deal.
