This would soon make a dramatic effect/change and make those that break the rules but, always seem to get away with it, think twice about doing so.
At the moment the EFL will not do anything to stop this unacceptable practice, bear in mind the rules are made by the Chairman, but the EFL have the tools and won't use them.

However, there is a very bright light at the end of the tunnel. The recent announcement that Regulation is to be introduced in to our game following Tracey Crouch's excellent 'Fan Led Review' will sort all these practice's out. It is going to take time before the Regulator is up and running, but it is excellent news for all clubs like are own that are run on a sensible and ethical basis.
