“DRS” is cricket’s Decision Review System, fûck all to do with Coapy Loaf screwtops and Pola Cola tins. Ours already go in the mixed recycling bin which is teemed fortnightly by the scaffie heroes of lockdown. Of course, given their library-shutting and Sistema-wrecking attacks on the working poor yesterday, it’ll be no surprise if the lazy, useless whankers running Aberdeen Council decide to stop this established system from handling such containers to remain on-message with their overlords in Edinburgh, and that utter fuucking zoomer and liar Slater.

Umpire’s call won’t work this time.

Apart from the foregoing, I have no strong feelings on the matter.

(She IS a fuucking idiot though).

I saw the libraries closures announced yesterday. As a user of three of them I am amazed they lasted as long as they did. Problem is once they start closing them they won't stop now.

The whole financing of public services in the UK are a mess. Doesn't matter if it's Edinburgh, Cardiff or London who are responsible, the fact of the matter is just not enough money to go around.

I'd happily have seen a bigger increase in my Council Tax, but I'd be in the minority on that front.

Mick Lynch tells the truth in saying that the country’s awash wth money, but it’s in the wrong pockets.

Absolutely, but sadly people would rather blame Teachers, Ambulance Drivers, Nurses, etc, etc for being greedy rather than face up the the fact we are all being taken for a ride.

Someone owning a house and a decent car think they have more in common with the Rishi Sunaks of the world, rather than the above mentioned public sector workers.

This has always been the case. As long as people stay sound asleep this will remain. I believe they call it Capitalism.

Kate Forbes will be the next FM and that will be the end of the Lorna Slater/Patrick Harvie nonsense

Keir Starmer will be the next PM but it looks like he will only at the margins empty those pockets with the cash to invest in public services - very much Labour-lite
