Thread: Who are?

    Who are?

Who are these minority hyper sensitive morons?
These cretins now want Only Fools and Horses to be re edited to remove offensive content.
What is this world coming to?
I’m pleased I’m in my 60’s so won’t be around when these pathetic people finally take over
Why don’t these people come forward and show themselves?

The problem is that if you are a minority group today you get greater media coverage than those in the majority. Most right minded people have a different take to these people but don’t receive the same amount of attention.

I like the attitude of people like Noel Gallagher.

    On a radio show the other day he described Sam Smith as a “f u c k I n g idiot”..🤣🤣

No messing, a lot more bluntness and fronting up to these Snowflake types is very much needed.

    It’s on Apple News
ONLY Fools and Horses star Sue Holderness fears TV magic will be lost if the sitcom is re-edited to avoid causing offence.
The actress, 73, who played Marlene Boyce alongside David Jason, 83, said it was not worth sacrificing comedy gold to appease a minority.
She said a Louis Armstrong joke by screen husband John Challis got a huge laugh in 1986 — and offended no one.
She insisted “There wasn’t a hint of racism.”
Sue, who spoke at she launch of an anti-fraud campaign, added: “If you edited out everything slightly controversial now you would lose a lot of brilliant episodes.
“Do we have to lose TV magic because of a few hyper-sensitive people?”

WTF is wrong with using the off button or changing channel if you don’t like something?

We have a vociferous minority who love being offended and make a career out of it.

I hate soap operas, reality shows and nowadays, news programmes as well.

    So I turn them over or turn the f u c k I n g things off.

    Why can’t these silly c u n t s do the same thing and shut the f u c k up!?

Same happened with Fawlty Towers. The Major came out with a typical 50's diatribe. Got cut out of the re-runs on all the channels. Think It survived the tape boxed set

It's all boll ocks! You should not alter any film/tv series/ music/ book or art work. They are all of them of their time and what is culturally acceptable will always change. Of course many aspects of previous works are now not acceptable, and for the most part very rightly so, but it's all about putting things in context! Appreciate the still good and valid bits and be critical of the bad but do NOT censor as this way lies a repressive Orwellian society. Far better to encourage debate rather than pander to minority groups of f ucking snow flakes who cannot deal with confrontation and whose sense of self entitlement makes me want to punch them in the face.

Following on from the Dahl issue, the next author in line for changes is apparently Ian Flemming ( although his publishers may, of course, simply be using all this to drum up publicity for the coming re-issues). How anyone who has ever read Flemming surely cannot fail to see the racism and misogyny in the books ( "the sweet tang of rape" for example) is beyond me but give readers some credit ffs!

(btw whilst I had an early copy of Definetly Maybe and was far more of an Oasis fan than Blur I think Noel is generally only slightly less twa tish than his brother, but have to say he ain't far wrong about Sam Smith. Talk about doing stuff for attention!)
