    An update.

For the third time today the judge at Dudley Court found in our favour and labelled the tenant a charlatan in slightly less strong words but stated that it was obvious what’s the tenant’s game was.

Paperwork stamped etc and we’re sat at the property with the locksmith and this time, the certified dog handler.

On this occasion the bayliffs failed to show up! 😤😤

We rang the court to see what was going on only to be told the case hadn’t been found in our favour, it then became a pantomime of “yes it has”, “no it hasn’t” with court staff.

Our solicitor confirmed it had been passed in our favour, she was incredulous at the error Dudley Court staff had made in calling off the Bayliffs.

My sister in law and middle daughter went back up to the Court only to be spoken down to by the staff.

So there you have it, the great British legal system at its absolute finest.

Another £5k wasted, more weeks of unpaid rent and more chances for this scum to appeal to stay at a fourth court hearing.

Today the tenant wrote in, couldn’t be a r s e d to attend and claimed she was suffereing from PTSD due to the cars parked outside the house at the previous eviction attempt.

It’s f u c k I n g laughable, nobody in the judicial system gives a s h I t about my father in law running out of funds for his care, they’re all s h I t scares about claims of PTSD and depression etc…….he doesn’t count, it’s his house but that irrelevant.

And before anyone thinks we should really now take matters into our own hands…..we were told today by the barrister that even when an eviction actually takes place we cannot touch their security cameras for seven days as they have the right to remove them along with any other belongings.

We can’t even pass comment on the condition of the house as we walk around filming it as this can be held against us in a court hearing.

Please take heed of all of this, if you’re thinking of renting a property or renting out a parents property then DON’T DO IT.

We are now £40k in the hole with at least £5k more to now find but in reality, we may never get the house back.

Hard to describe how crushed me and the wife feel this evening, other drivers must’ve thought a was mad as I was screaming in frustration as I drove home.

No wonder that in some of these types of disputes people end up dead.

Sick of the lack of protection for decent people in this country, everything is in favour of the lazy, cheating, feckless c u n t s in society.

So if this went in your favour why does it need to go back to Court? Surely a new date can be arranged for the bailiff’s?

Finally, on Monday we gained possession of my in-laws house after a 14 month battle costing us over £40k in losses to this point.

To add insult to injury a house which had been loved for 42 years and treated with such pride and care had been absolutely trashed.

I messaged BaggieAl with some of the images, I’ll let him pass comment.

They even left their beds and mattresses, all filthy, the marital mattress stained all over with p I s s, sh it and spunk.

What looks like dog sh it pooled on a bedroom carpet.

These people swanned in and out of the house in their designer clothes and to their new Volvo 4x4 with their noses in the air acting and talking like royalty to neighbours, telling lie after lie and then went through their front door to live in utter squalor.

All at our expense, £3500+ a month in benefits whilst they sit on their fat a r s e s milking the system.

I wish I knew how to post pictures on here?

For legal reasons I need to wait a week before I do so but it’s so shocking I feel the need.

I’ll be honest and admit, I sat in their front room, thought of my dear mother in law and everything they’d put into their life’s work in that place and I cried like a 5 year old.

    I’ve never felt more angry.

Sick psycho’s like this woman tenant in particular make my flesh crawl.

I’m going to use every legal means open to me to make their lives a misery and to try to get their benefits stopped and their serial behaviour known locally.

    Feeling f u c k I n g bereft tonight.

Nucts (please excuse my limited French). Feel for you and yours. I utterly detest scumbags like this. Society's maggots wriggling through life and feeding on whatever they can find.

What a sad awful story and a sad example of the state of this country today, if you are a lowlife parasite then the laws of this country are your godsend.
Everything in the country is crumbling the courts, police, civil servants, education NHS all have one thing in common public sector jobs manned mainly by woke lefties I wish I knew a solution to this disease but I think it's terminal

Glad that you’ve finally retaken possession of your property, Mick, at least that is one worry off your back. I don’t suppose that the law allows you to send details and photographs of these scumbags to as many letting agencies as possible and also put it all on ‘social media’? Any chance of interesting the local press in the story?
