    Radar recruitment has on the whole been fantastic.

    There have been some baddies though. Remember that lad we signed as a LB/LWB in the first season in the NL? Totally forgot his name but he played in the playoff final and got torn apart. Many often blame Ardley for playing Turner instead of Rawlo, but playing that young lad from Wigan (?) was his biggest mistake.

    Joel Bagan. He was good for us other than that one game where no one other than Roberts turned up to be fair. Now a semi-regular with Cardiff in the Championship.

    I think saying he was good for us is a bit generous, he showed signs of obvious potential which he’s now realising by the sounds of it. To me, understandably, he looked out of his depth and should’ve never started such a massive game as was that final.

    You’re right though, can’t remember anyone but Roberts turning up that day…..did Enzio play?

    Not picked. Came on as sub (was it at HT?) and helped us get back in it for a while.
