    For the sake of accuracy, the re-introduction of trams in Edinburgh was a decision taken by Edinburgh City Council, and was supported by Holyrood’s pre-2011 non-nationalist majority in Parliament, with Salmond’s lot against it.

    Having used it a few times in Edinburgh, it is an impressive service like, and I hope the Newhaven extension, currently under test, is a success.

    On the other scandals you list, I concur with your dissatisfaction.

    Ridden her (the Edinburgh tram) a few times too, generally comes on time, and when I got off I felt very satisfied. Got to the airport, flew home and back to reality.
