Sorry Mick - totally disagree! Can you get an interest only mortgage now? Can you get self certification through a financial advisor? Can you be allowed multiple mortgages for buy to let’s like yesterday year?

Your estate agent was Micky Mouse for allowing this to happen! I took a rental in December and had to provide 6 months worth of statements showing affordability and we were checked out for any convictions! It was like going through a mortgage application!

At 18 - I had a 10 grand loan to buy my first car and barely any checks! Can you get a 10 grand loan now without such checks?
