Wow, that all. Suppose it's better than nowt, however, this is the second time they have done this and didn't they already have a -3 point hanging over their heads from their previous hearing? Surely this should have beem imposed with another -3 for doing it again. After all, we were hit with a -10 for our first administration and then wallop! -17 for the second offence.
My question would be why so light a deduction?
