    The sacking of Rodger’s smacks of desperation

    It’s easy to sack a manager but often difficult to find a replacement that’s any better

    So with Rodgers, who is available that’s any good?

    Aside from the money, he must really regret leaving Brighton. Every chance of European football next season and an outside chance of Champions League. Plus they're one of the most attractive teams to watch. Probably ruined his chances of the England job also.

    Graham Potter signed a 5 year contract along with his backroom staff at Chelsea Fc, so a good compensation
    deal for them.

    ELK, it don't run like that anymore. Clubs are wise to big payouts they use to give out so, a lot go for the first years wage or whatever year they are actually into their contract not the whole package like Potter had.
