I thought we were good today against a tough side. First half they looked dangerous but we came into it as the half went on. Second half much better with Ruben and Austin pulling the strings. Well played Austin, he's a great player who is very dangerous. If Ruben does leave then Austin will be ***** next season. Great to also put pressure on Wrexham and to see Morais make his debut.

Bostock is better as the central defensive position as he reads the game so well and Palmer is far more dangerous going forward and as more legs as a box to box midfielder
Teams are going to stop us playing for part of the game but not all of it.
If we stay calm and continue to do the right thing’s especially at pace no-one will live with us in the playoffs(if we are in them)
Durham hasn’t got a clue otherwise if we had followed his mantra and Tinkerman hadn’t changed the team Sam Austin wouldn’t have started the game got MOM and opened their defence up 😜
He shouldn't have been dropped in the first place dip stick..

Yes we have quality (not central defensive though IMO) and we have the ability to roll any team over once we come out positive instead of a slow (ponderous?) possesion led build up but heyho I am an observer and have my unprofessional idea of playing the game.
Cost us the title? And cost us not getting the likely required 110 odd points? Shucks!

The rest I agree with, we have lots of quality#radar, we can beat and roll over anyone on our day , we can be too slow and ponderous in our build up play, but it is that possession style and slow trap we can fall into for parts of games (only) that has us win a club record number of victories, club record number of points etc.

We are all but unprofessional observes, just not everyone realises it lol

Though Nemane change the game when he came on, added more threat.

Chicko and Ne man, now where have I heard that before?

Me neither. Chicksen looked so uncomfortable and that attempted cross with his wrong foot brought back uncomfortable flashbacks of me trying to cross a ball with my left back in the day. Shudder.

It carries a risk though. Going behind in a play off game 1st half won't be so easy to recover when teams will be putting bodies 'on the line' to keep us out at all costs. There was a run of 3 consecutive games at the beginning of March where we conceded the first goal and dropped 2 points in that sequence, which has proved very costly indeed.
No more costly than going ahead against Dagenham and losing.

A nervy and stuttering first half which was pretty equal. Once we scored, we were well on top and fully deserved the points. I was concerned about a hangover from Wrexham but fortunately it only lasted 55 minutes!

Take your pick from Austin, Bostock and Palmer for MOM today.

I didn't say cost us the title. The drawn games have had a negative impact on the points total we have now. As for club records... all well and good but meaningless in this seasons grand scheme of things.
