Can't stand Murphy same with Selby zero personality both. O'Sullivan he's been on about why snooker it's not as popular because you need characters like in the past Alex there'll never be another like him. Judd Trump reminds me of him abit an entertainer that's why he doesn't win as much as he should do.

I watch the snooker as I admire the skill involved in being able to manoeuvre a ball with such dexterity. Much like golf (which I don’t like), although not a physical sport, the expertise is undeniable.
Characters in snooker are a bonus, the skill is there to be admired, but I can see how it’s not for everyone, particularly those who like their ‘sport’ with physical contact.

Selby's 147 tonight was pure class.

Just after a feature on the anniversary of Thorburn's 147 40 years ago which I remember watching on TV (bit of a bu99€r as we'd been at Crucible the night before watching that table)

I have a confession to make....me who doesn't like snooker was channel flicking when I dropped in on the snooker during the adverts.

Initially I didn't realise what was happening then I read the small figures saying possible 147 break, Selby was on about 60+ at the time.
Okay I thought I'll give it a look in. I have to say that was utter pure class how he worked the last few reds, especially the one down the side!

Still not anywhere near a snooker fan but that was amazing skill to see at work. Well done Mark Selby. Because it has been achieved already, he has to split the top prize of £40,000 with another player. Shame because to deliver that takes some doing.

I wonder what the odds were for to back a 147 break in tonights session? Or, has someone been daft enough to even do it?

Not watched any since Lisowski got knocked out. Going to be a long summer hope millers make August worth waiting for championship football again next season.

Semi final was good as well, amazing comeback by Brecel.

Brecel isn't a dull player so I don't know why gru won't watch.

For some reason he admires a player who chokes when the winning post gets close. A brilliant player but flawed.
