As I said about 150 posts ago, it's time to congratulate the SNP.
They're now idestinguishable from the main UK political parties.
A victory of sorts I'd opine.

Some of us saw through the poor rhetoric, cronyism, and control-freakery a long time ago. I’d always assumed they had the required financial probity built in, though. Let’s see what the outcomes are of current investigations.

Nail on head ! Sturgeon was well known for her "forgetfulness" whether that was during the Salmond stich-up ,Holyrood inquiry or her old Man taking a 100 grand out of their account. Why would she remember why the Scottish people elected her ? and I said that 150.000 posts ago.

Firstly I'm not defending the SNP for a couple of years now I and many others have been saying "skulduggery" has been afoot. The point I'm making is the hypocrisy of the Unionist media. The same media who failed to follow up or indeed go over OTT about serious corruption within Unionist parties, Its a fair comment and perfectly valid.
But we KNOW all of that, have done for years, and all the time the former FM and her obedients were pointing it out, quite correctly, they may have been free and easy with the rules (and delivery of policy) themselves. I hope to hell that there ARE inquiries and prosecutions for the thefts and corruption in the Commons and among their entitled spiv hangers-on. We will have to wait and see, as we will into the feds' shining a torch into The Party's in-timmers.

Lest we forget, it was one of The Party's own that has dobbed them in, and that individual or individuals has/have been subjected to a litany of harrassment, abuse, and threats, according to reports. The individual, who might have been identified in today's papers, also said that the coppers were initially reluctant to follow it up, and it took a long time to get the investigation started. "Wheesht for anything" is hypocritical in any such circumstances at any political or governmental level or location.

I hope that the guilty are locked up wherever and whoever they are.
