    Sunderland Kids

Tony Mowbray has claimed that West Brom’s coaching staff thought the Black Cats had turned up to Sunday’s clash between the sides with their youth team.

According to James Copley, the Sunderland boss revealed the Baggies’ coaching staff were shocked by the state of the first team squad that arrived at the Hawthorns.

Injuries have taken their toll on the Sunderland squad as we reach the final few games of the season.

So before anyone goes on about our own injuries - Sunderland has loads and played quite a few kids and out footballed us with quick one touch energetic football.

Sunderland came up from League 1 - no high earners there or star names and expectation was to stay in the division. Mowbray has done a fantastic job and probably will deservedly be known as the best manager in the division. Similar situation at Coventry and Luton with no high earners but players that run their socks off and have quality!

Everything we lack, we should look at entering a team in the local walking football league

I play walking football 3 times a week and we move the ball around and forward quicker than the current Albion team.
