The only positives today are we are still 10th and it's still in our hands

We must not lose next week, that's for sure, as you know Livi will save a performance at home for us after the recent game at ours, don't want to be playing Killie at home the midweek being on the back foot

Ken what pissed me off more anything.....the only f*cking songs I heard all day were coronation related. When the f*ck did we become a club that gave a f*ck about sh*t like that. Very f*cking Old Firm minded. Embarrassing.

Seriously? Think we have more important things to worry about than the coronation whether you are for it or against it it's nothing to do with Utd, as you say, leave it to the gruesome twosome

It was a true statement from the many variables that 2 wins should have been enough to see us safe had Coonty lost today. You obviously read that statement another way that everyone was getting carried away expecting the miracle to continue, but you cannot ignore that 4+6=10 with 9 points to play for, which for me is all people were alluding to, not expecting.

I dont think any supporter needed a reality check as from the shouts around me, it was the same shouts ive listened to all season about the same bunch of players we have been watching all season, and i dont think anyone expected them to go on an unbeaten run to the end of the season.

So now, instead of just needing to beat Coonty next week, our situation is we still need 2 wins better than them to be safe and hope that Livi can afford their win bonus v Killie.

Aye mate. On the train through, at the game, in the boozers afterwards. Admittedly, a minority, but ffs. Come on lads. Keep it Utd.

"had County lost today". Says it all really. Folk taking for granted that County and/or Killie will pick up zero points. It's not gonna happen. So another two wins isn't going to mean we're safe because these teams will pick up points, especially at home to the likes of Livi who have lost six on the bounce away from home without scoring a single goal.

We have to win our own games, if we don't it won't matter a f*ck about other results.

This is the bottom line, unfortunately what the guys produced today makes winning our own games feel like a long shot

With the way our season has been, i dont think anyone is taking anything for granted! But what is so wrong about being positive and speaking about the best scenario they want. Doesnt mean people are ignoring everything else like you seem to think.

For my part, Ive already said that Killie will go with us til we go head to head, and regularly mention how strong Coonty finish a season when their January signings bed in, and that is the reason a win for us was so important today, and the players chucked it.

And its funny you mention Livi and the run they have been on. While i believe they are safe, that run maybe started around the point mention was made regarding their financial situation, and i am being serious that i think they cannot pay out a win bonus just now. However, with what i paid for my 3 tickets for the Livi game, i expect that to be different in 2 weeks time!
