And it’s 3 ex Premier League teams that have been relegated. Highlights what we have achieved this season . UTM

Actually just had another look at the Championship table and a majority of the teams have played in the Premier. Oh well ,UTM anyway

Yes that’s good because all that means is we would get a decent fee.

It doesn’t mean he’ll stay. There have got to be teams above us considering a bid for him.

The lads looked very tired so a good point and a great season. Most of the January loan players haven't been very good, leo is young and looks the best of a bad bunch, Quina and Fosu very poor. 19th in the league on 50 points and points deduction didn't keep us up either we finished 19th on merit. A lot of work to do, but we have an outstanding keeper, a talented CB in Humphreys, a left back that gets better, at least 4 decent midfielders that is a good start.
Enjoy the footy on the TV and it is nice to relax, well done to MT and the players
Nice post Derby but I personally think our best loan signing was Coventry who whilst not the most creative of players, knitted the defence and attack up nicely and was a very decent player to replace Barlaser and also took a very decent dead ball kick.
Also, as you said, the points deduction from other clubs didn't keep us up so we have stopped up very much on merit and I am really looking forward to see who goes out and comes in for this manager because I believe he will want some decent acquisitions to push the team forward. UTM

No but he was out off contract at the end off the season so all offers if any would off Been made to him before he signed.

This was only a couple months ago remember.

Does anyone know how long he signed for

Wood he's done MT OS moving on to keep playing. Peltier can go as well. None of loan players I'd have back. I'd only give Morrison the chance to prove his fitness out of all the sick notes. Harding I want to keep. Well done for staying up more chance of keeping Chieo now.

    Sir Richard Wood

Well that's probably the last time we will see Woody in a Millers shirt.
Thank you for the memories Sir Richard.
Good luck in your future endeavours

Only way I would keep Morrison, paid when you play, like he had at Cardiff City,
with his injury list, maybe 3 month contract at a time, but certainly no longer.

There was another post recently that pointed out every team in the Championship apart from RUFC had at one time plied their trade in the top flight.

I must admit to feeling a bit miffed that we couldn’t end the season with more of a bang against a bottom-of-the-table side containing a number of academy players but on the other hand, how do I feel about finishing 19th with 50 points? A bit chuffed, tbh. Apart from being a “team like Rotherham” we’ve had to put up with a fair few other calamities this season like our manager leaving when we were relatively well placed and taking all the staff with him, losing our most creative player and a catalogue of injuries that seemed to target centre halves in particular. If they were all fit and available (does anyone have any idea what the McCart situation is?) we’d have enough for 2 or 3 teams. I expect a bit of trimming there and others I’d rather stay will probably leave too so Good Luck to Matt Taylor as he tries to recruit for next season and build a team that will be more comfortable in this division, before we push on for promotion the season after. UTM
