Almost certainly going:
Meslier, Koch, Llorente, Adams, Poveda, Harrison, James, Costa, Gnonto, Bogusz (he already left), Roca, Mckennie

Could stay/Could Go:
Firpo (probably will, just depends who comes in for him)
Wober (Too good for Champ, but only just arrived, it is possible he would just not be allowed to leave)
Struijk (Form has fallen off a cliff so unsure anyone would buy him but the potential is there)
Forshaw (Injuries, we'd be stupid to offer him another contract, I like him but he's barely played in 4 years)
Aaronson (Just joined, don't see a move for him given his form)
Roberts (Who knows, isn't good enough)
Bamford (Injured all the time, can't see a PL team taking him given the risk of his biscuit legs crumbling again)
Rodrigo (I hold a shred of hope he'd stay to fix it, but see him back in Spain to be honest)
Summerville (not convinced he's ready for a PL move, might have to stay)
Rutter (Literally just joined and barely played, can't see him leaving so quick)

Very likely to stay:
Robles
Ayling
Cooper
Cresswell
Rasmus (Who would even buy him)
Drameh
Hjelde
Shackleton
Gyabi
Bate
Sinisterra (Injured, wouldn't be fit to do any medical before transfer window closes)
Gray
Joseph
Gelhardt
Perkins
Klaesson
Dallas
Greenwood

Reality is you can't just let your entire squad or players in a position leave so some will just have to stay, we have a lot of good young kids coming through so if we could keep one or two of our better players like Wober and Rodrigo + the experience with Cooper, Ayling, Dallas and then add 2/3 proven good players at that level we'd have a good chance of promotion again.
I stand by what I said regarding the majority of the young players you name not being with us for long.

I'm not sure you can make a statement like "....you can't just let your entire squad or players in a position leave so some will just have to stay.....", and carry the consequences through?.

Fact/reality is that a great many of those you named have been loaned out at times when the club could realistically have used them instead of introducing the dross that was swept up last summer. They know that. In addition, most of those falling into that category have done well, and have sparked interest not only from the club they were loaned to, but further afield (including up the league ladder). Shackletons agent is on record as saying he believes that it would benefit him (Shackleton (and his agent, naturally) to move away from Leeds, others are likely to be feeling the same, given their treatment (and past behaviour, like Drameh).

Of course the club doesn't HAVE to sell, but are we really entertaining the possibility that we field players who have had their heads turned, know there are opportunities that LUFC hasn't given them, and expect to get stellar performances from them (and for those who have been with the 1st team, like Rodrigo, having taken a minimum 50% salary cut to boot). Not exactly "motivational"?
