Golf English, a difficult to understand dialect.

Golf American is stranger with talk of mashed potatoes.😃

Golf Polish seems to involve copious amounts of swearing and golf Cantonese is a different world entirely especially if you are playing skins.

    Hope that helps.

Handicaps shud be confined to betting only.

Seems a tad complicated for an auld man's walk about?

Cause I'd win AHH the time, it's a curse but it keeps those of lesser ability interested 😎

Think we should introduce a handicap system into fitba'. Level the playing field and start the bigot brothers on minus whatever points to give a' the rest a chance. Maybe it would persuade them to bugger off somewhere else and take all their religious pish and manky supporters with them and give us all peace and a competitive league for the first time in more than a generation (a proper generation, that is, not one of Nicola's / SNP style 10 year generations).

For clarity - a generation is not defined as a period or span of time but as the actual population present in an environment at any point in time.

Just saying like, not bullying or anything.

That is indeed one of the definitions of the word generation according to the major dictionaries. Alongside this it is also defined as "a period of about 25 to 30 years in which most human babies become adults and have their own children". There are a few other meanings too!

I prefer my definition, yours is more like a definition of a species' fitness than of a generation of that species.

Given that the SNP is not fit to govern maybe they also see my definition as preferable?
